I guess I didn't know the Easter Bunny takes request, like Santa Claus. But then I found this letter from Olivia on the kitchen counter:
It saysDear Easter Bunny,
Can Jack and me please have a Webkin
if you give us a Webkin I'll tell you this:
there is [fifdy] cents on the stairs for you.
Next we have treats on the kitchen
table for you.
Thank you,
Love, Jack and Olivia
So I figured I might as well share my Spring wish list, too, just in case the Easter Bunny is reading:
this bag
this dress... and this one, too
these sandals
this book
a membership here
a pink velvet settee
and....
a brass birdcage on a stand
Thank you, Easter Bunny!
xoxo

The best part is not so much the note itself, but more so the fact that she believes she can pay the Easter Bunny off!!!! I love it!! He's like part time mobster, part time Easter Bunny...with the right amount of cash he'll doing anything!
Well, gee, I hope you all get what you wish for this weekend!
As long as we're asking, I would like a new car.
Just saying.........
paying off the bunny with 50¢... hilarious!... i wonder how much santa gets...
i also love how the note is written in multi-colors, it reminds me notes i used to write when i was little :)
How very cute! My kids never offered anything before! I have a Webkinz-a-holic living at my house too!!!! Happy Easter!
LOL Love the fifdy cents.
so sweet!
I guess working with 1st and 2nd grade ESL kids has had an effect on me. I didn't even notice that "fifdy" was misspelled. I'm just happy she "sounded it out"! ;)
This is awesome. Did they get the webkin?
smoothpebble,
Yes! They got their Webkinz. Although Jack is mad because he wanted a kitty, not a polar bear!
