... a few finds from my latest treasure hunts. I was so thrilled to find anything at all (much less this wealth of goodness) because pickings have been exceptionally slim as of late. When I came home and laid everything out, I immediately thought of the Thrifty Color Themes Flickr group that Meg started. So I'm off now to share this photo with the rest of the class.

I love love LOVE that suitcase! It reminds me of one I had as a kid that had all my Barbie stuff in it...I think I even used it once to run away (to the back porch - lol)...Great buy!
The green daisy Pyrex makes me smile. My mother still has (and uses every day) her complete set of this pattern. She and my dad got it as a wedding gift in 1974. I want to start collecting Pyrex, but I can't deside which pattern I like best. Great thrifting finds! =]

I can't believe someone would give up that yellow dish right now, with yellow being all the rage for spring. That is the perfect party centerpiece.
